All these drums feature a maple shell constructed using the Cross-laminated Tension Free (CLTF) process. This treatment ensures the drums produce a rich sound that is well-balanced at both the low and top ends. The tom-toms in the set are equipped with the vibration-neutral Total Acoustic Resonance (TAR) mounting system, which provides enhanced sustain and projection. The TuneSafe lugs, fitted on to all the drums in the set, maintain the head tension over a long period of time.
