Brass Stacks is a fully customizable combination of 13 uniquely sampled brass instruments. Trumpet French Horn Flugelhorn Piccolo Trumpet a vintage Strings Synth with multiple texture treatments and styles. We brought in world class brass musicians and sampled every note that could be played on each of them. Real instruments in real spaces with all the functionality of a synthesizer with full effects. We’ve had a hard time finding brass plugins that had natural texture to use in composition as a pad or even as leads so we decided to bring in world class musicians so we could sample some of the non-traditional brass techniques that we have been missing. Each of these 10 sampled instruments has it’s own textural quality that will bring an organic life to your mix. We also loved the vintage synthesizer brass sounds from the 70’s so we decided to sample two of those as well. Use all ten as solo instruments or blend them in infinite configurations to create brand new hybrid tones. A fully customizable arpeggiator gives these brass timbres the functionality of a synthesizer with all the character and life of the real instruments they were recorded from. Shape the tone with AHDSR and a filter of your choice before it hits 3 custom shaped LFO’s: Gain Pitch and Filter. Finish crafting your sound with 5 onboard effects. UNIQUELY SAMPLED

There are so many sampled instruments on the market made to replicate that instrument as if it were brand new and out of the box. We’ve used a lot of them and have found them to be useful. We want something different. We want the grit the fretbuzz the subtle clank of the hammer on string. We embrace the imperfections. We want the vibrations of sound wandering in and out of phase and tune. We also made the decision not to skip any notes when we sampled these instruments so what you get on each key is the full scope of that instrument’s sonic integrity without pitch shifting to save time. Nightfox Audio bring this uniqueness. Our plugins bring sound combinations no one has ever heard before while staying true to the organic nature of each instrument.
