The RGIX27FESM also gives you a fast-playing 3-piece Maple/Bubinga Nitro Wizard-7 Premium neck with a 25.5" scale that offers comfortable string tension even when using lighter gauge strings with no sacrifice of playability. This will enable you to maintain proper tension even in a low-tuned set-up. The Wizard neck boasts a thin profile, and is built for speed, playability and comfort. The ultra-flat 15.75'' radius facilitates quick, comfortable playing action.
Electronics on the RGIX27FESM feature a pair of metal-approved EMG 707 pickups that are voiced to deliver clear and punchy tone, without any muddiness. In addition to the single master volume and 3-way switch, the RGIX27FESM is equipped with a kill switch that provides easy access to a manually controlled strobe effect. The Cosmo Black hardware features Ibanez's Gibraltar Standard II fixed bridge, designed to provide optimal transfer of each string's vibration. Case not included.
